Centre Director
Paul O’Donoghue MA(Psych.), MIGC, MIAHIP, ECP
Paul is Director of Dublin Counselling & Therapy Centre as well as being a co-founder. He has a background in psychology and philosophy and has trained in humanistic and integrative psychotherapy. He has been involved in the training of counsellors and psychotherapists since 1988 while continuing his practice as a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor.

Brian Howlett BA(Hons.), FCA, MIAHIP, MBASRT AccSRPsyT, MIACT, ECP
Brian is a Gestalt therapist with a background in couples therapy. He has considerable experience in the training and supervision of counsellors and psychotherapists, and of clinical supervisors.
Clinical Staff
The Centre is staffed by qualified, experienced and accredited counsellors and psychotherapists. Clinical Services are also offered by some students who have attained a certain level of training and experience. A range of specialist help is offered by counsellors/psychotherapists who have undertaken training in specific areas of work.

Director, Castlebar Counselling and Therapy Centre. Founder and former Director of Dundalk Counselling Centre, co-founder and former Director of Dublin Counselling and Therapy Centre and founder and Director of Kedron Therapeutic Centre. He has been training psychotherapists since 1982. He is a psychotherapist and supervisor and lectures internationally in philosophy, theology and psychotherapy.
Marijke McCormack
Dip. Counselling & Psychotherapy, MIAHIP, ECP
Marijke is a psychotherapist and psychotherapy supervisor who works from a humanistic perspective. She has a particular interest in working with young people and currently maintains a private practice in Dublin.
Tim Hannan (Castlebar Centre)
B.Sc., Dip. Counselling and Psychotherapy, Dip. Jungian Psychotherapy, MIAHIP, MIACP, Reg. ICP.
Having been a tutor for a number of years with C.G. Jung Centre, Tim has trained in humanistic and integrative psychotherapy, and works from an eclectic/Jungian perspective with particular emphasis on the use of bodywork in psychotherapy. He is an accredited clinical supervisor.
Judith King
B.Ed., M.Ed.(Adult), Dip. Rel. Ed., Dip. Counselling & Psychotherapy
Judith’s background is in education, community development and organisational development. She has a particular interest in the systemic perspective on bodywork, and personal and group life. In association with group facilitation and organisational consultancy, Judith maintains a private practice as a psychotherapist in the Novara Centre, Bray, Co. Wicklow.
Shari Frain Masterson (Castlebar Centre)
B.Sc. Psychotherapy, Dip. Counselling and Psychotherapy, Dip. Clinical Supervision (Dublin), H.Dip., Supervision (Milltown Park), MIACP.
An integrative and humanistic psychotherapist with an eclectic approach. She has particular interest in experiential work. In addition to her training and supervisory responsibilities she maintains a private clinical practice.
Mary Hilliard

Mary is a psychotherapist and supervisor working from a humanistic and integrative orientation. She currently maintains a private practice in Dublin.
Catherine Murtagh

Catherine works in private practice as a psychotherapist and supervisor with a humanistic and integrative orientation.
Bridget Mair
Dip. Counselling & Psychotherepy, MAIHIP, ECP
Bridget is a psychotherapist trained in the humanistic and integrative theoretical approach to psychotherapy and working from an eclectic perspective.Her professional background is in second level education. She has maintained a private practice in Dublin since 1996 and has also worked as a tutor in counsellor training and in adolescent counselling.
Visiting Faculty
In addition to the Centre’s training team, tutors from both Ireland and the UK who have specialist training and experience are invited to contribute to the training programmes in their areas of expertise.
