We provide therapeutic programmes and training courses in Counselling and Psychotherapy. We offer the possiblity of meeting life's problems in a more wholesome, creative and self-reliant way.
Objective
Our primary objective is to provide a professional counselling and psychotherapy service for the purpose of alleviating personal, familial and social distress. These services are aimed at promoting personal growth and well-being through attention to all aspects of the person’s experience – physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, and social.
As a registered charity, emphasis is placed on meeting the needs of those who are economically and/or socially marginalised. In addition to a fee-paying service, we offer both reduced-cost and free-of-charge options for our counselling and psychotherapy services. read more »
